Programmes are inspirational, educational, motivational and highly successful, and are run by a highly qualified registered Nutritional Therapist. They run for 1.5 hours per week for a minimum of 8 weeks, as part of a supportive club, with the optional addition of some 1:1 coaching.

For the best possible health and weight loss results, and the on-going motivation for lasting change, the group session always incorporates the following key elements:

  • Nutritional Education – shopping lists, meal ideas, recipes, menu plans …
  • Motivational Coaching – what stops you achieving what you want in life?
  • Health Topics  – covering areas such as bone health, skin health, avoiding serious illness, immunity, digestion, mood, hormones, heart health, stress and anxiety, anti-ageing and more.
  • Plus weekly goal setting, personal progress diary review, all set in a fun, supportive group environment.
  • Participants all follow a low GL diet which has consistently out -performed other eating plans for both health and weight loss, as well as other key factors such as energy, mood, stress and ability to stick to the programme long term.
